- The member must use the registered account personally and keep the password secure.
- Points are credited only against eligible purchases recorded by NTS Traders.
- Cement, Steel and Rodi/Dust/Sand points remain in their separate wallets according to the program rules.
- Redemption requests are subject to the applicable wallet rules and NTS Traders processing/approval.
- The member agrees to follow NTS Traders instructions and program rules and not misuse the account or points system.
- NTS Traders may review account details and transactions when required for program verification and support.

NTS Traders Privacy Policy
NTS Traders uses information provided during registration and program use to operate the Mistri Rewards system.
- Information collected: name, father/husband name, mobile number, date of birth, profile photo, city/village, district, state, address, login/account information, purchases, points, redemption requests and notifications.
- How it is used: account verification, OTP login/registration, member management, points calculation, rewards and redemption processing, notifications and customer support.
- Security: passwords are stored in protected form and the 2Factor API key is used server-side for OTP delivery.
- Sharing: information is used for operating the NTS Traders program and may be sent to service providers only where required for services such as OTP delivery.
- Contact: privacy or data questions can be raised through NTS Traders support/contact details.
